What integrations will I need?

InteliChart offers single API-integration so it’s easy to power patient engagement. We facilitate integration with over 40 EHR products, including vendors such as Allscripts, Cerner, CompuGroup, eMDs, Greenway, Meditech, Netsmart, NextGen, Office Practicum, Pulse, SRS Health, and Valant.

How long does integration and QA typically take?

Integration and QA take approximately 12 weeks. InteliChart requires a single API so you only have to worry about development once—whether you use all of our solutions upfront or bring on additional solutions over time. We also offer white-glove implementation and support services to ensure you have everything you need to be successful and make the most of your investment with us.

What’s the economic impact of partnering with InteliChart?

Based on discussions and estimates with our current EHR vendors and outsourcing organizations, we estimate it would require 30+ development resources (Product, Analysts, UI/UX, Dev, QA) over 24 months to establish a basic minimally viable product (MVP) suite that offers the array of engagement solutions InteliChart provides today. Assuming USA-based development and headcount costs, it amounts to to $5.6M to $9.8M for development and $1.9M to $2.7M for support annually to deliver a basic MVP.

With today’s consumeristic environment, the demand to stay current is substantial and won’t be met by an MVP patient portal. What’s more, a commitment to ongoing development is necessary to satisfy the requirements of your end users and their patients.
