InteliChart was founded in 2010 after our CEO, Gary Hamilton, observed the frustrations patients had accessing their medical information, and the inefficient patient management workflows he and his staff faced on a daily basis. 

The team that first broke code on our flagship product was small but mighty, and in 2010 they launched one of the first patient portals to aggregate patient data from multiple EHRs into a single system. Since then our company has evolved to become one of the leading providers of patient engagement solutions in the industry, and has grown to include more than 75 employees who are located throughout the United States.

We personally feel that it's a very exciting time to join our company. We're on a trajectory of rapid growth, and we're poised to take our company to the next level in the coming years. Additionally, many of the original team members that helped to build our flagship Patient Portal, still work for InteliChart today.

100% Remote Work

All of our positions are 100% remote, meaning you can work from anywhere that's most convenient for you. Whether you want to travel the country, forgo your commute, or simply work in your sweatpants, you have the freedom and flexibility to choose a routine that works best for you!


Culture of Togetherness

We may be 100% remote, but we foster a culture of togetherness with regular meet-ups throughout the year. We also have an office in Charlotte, NC for employees who still prefer to see their co-workers in person.


Home Office Setup

We provide our employees with everything they need for a home office. Before your first day of work, we'll send you a laptop, monitors, docking station, keyboard and mouse to ensure you have everything you need to do your best work. 


Generous PTO

New team members are offered ten paid holidays and 20 PTO days per year for a total of 30 days off in their first year. Additional time is earned each year on anniversary milestones.

Our Hiring Process

The interview process is difficult enough, without the added stress of not knowing what to expect or how many people you'll be speaking with. 
To ensure there are no surprise along the way, here's an overview of what you can generally expect when interviewing with InteliChart.
  • Submit your application and resume. Sometimes you'll be prompted to respond to questions related to the role and your expertise. This helps our hiring managers better determine if there is a fit before scheduling an interview. Remember to answer these questions thoughtfully. They are often our first impression of you! 

  • Have a phone interview with our HR department. While they may ask some general questions about the role you're interviewing for, they'll mostly want to get to know you better, inquire about your experience, and understand your goals. Tell us something we haven't already seen on your resume! 😊

  • Have a video meeting with your hiring manager. Sometimes this could be a 1:1 with the role's manager. Other times it could be a group interview with more member's of the role's team. This is your time to shine! Show us what makes you different from every other candidate and really drive home your expertise. Don't forget to turn your camera on! 

  • Some roles will require an additional interview with a member of the executive team. If you get to this point, you can breathe a little sigh of relief. You've obviously already made a good impression and made it through the hardest parts.

  • That's it! If you're selected, we will give you a call with a verbal offer and follow-up with a formal offer letter shortly thereafter.
