Meet Sarah! 

Join our fictional patient, Sarah, on her path to better health & see the patient journey through Sarah’s eyes.

This short, interactive experience follows Sarah’s entire healthcare journey – from choosing a new provider to post-visit follow-up – and explores the role of InteliChart technology in helping Sarah on her road to wellness.  

The first 30 people to complete the entire journey will receive an invitation to a virtual experience on June 8, 2023, where you'll learn how to make the perfect cheese board. 

How it Works:

1. Sarah's journey consists of three destinations: pre-visit, during-the-visit, and post-visit. At each destination, you'll need to complete all required steps such as reading the content, answering questions and watching a few short videos. 

2. Once you reach the end of a destination, you'll earn a passport stamp. Check your email for confirmation that you've successfully completed all steps and earned your stamp.

3. Collect all three passport stamps to earn a seat at our exclusive event, How To Make the Perfect Cheese Board on June 8th at 4PM ET. During this event, you'll learn about cheese, discuss what constitutes a 'perfect cheese board' and assemble your own cheese board alongside a cheese connoisseur^*.
