Practice Portal

The InteliChart Practice Portal is the practice side of the InteliChart Patient Portal.  This allows practice users to securely interact with their patients that utilize the InteliChart Patient Portal.  Designed to accommodate practice operations, users can utilize the Practice Portal departmentally with full support of individual users and departmental workflows.

You can now securely communicate with your patients through a user friendly and very intuitive portal.  The InteliChart Practice Portal will enable your practice to send secure messages, facilitate medication refill requests, field appointment and referral requests and securely deliver test results to your patients in an efficient, workflow conducive manner.  You can even setup patients to receive email and/or text messages for notifications for events such as appointment reminders, prescription refills, and test results.

With the InteliChart Practice Portal you will be able to send broadcast messages to your entire Patient Portal base.  This will allow you to conveniently notify individual patients of things such as drug recalls as well as deliver a message to your entire base that your practice will be closed due to increment weather.  A practice can determine utilization of the InteliChart Patient Portal by running convenient use analytics and send reminder emails for patients that have not yet subscribed to the Patient Portal.  Because the InteliChart Practice Portal has been designed and architected specifically for utilization by all levels of physician practice users, from setup to use requires less than an hour.
