Patient Portal

The InteliChart Patient Portal is completely intuitive, requires no special training in its use, and grants secure access to virtually every component of the patient’s record, including medical history, demographics, current/past medications, insurance, and family/social history.  Patients may also indirectly manage the accuracy of their own medical record by requesting changes or updates to their medical record information.  If accepted, these changes will automatically amend the information stored in your EHR database. Because the InteliChart Patient Portal application can be fully integrated with your current EHR and practice management system, patient-entered information is completely discrete and can be imported into your EHR database.
