Gary Hamilton

President

Mr. Hamilton serves as President and founder of InteliChart. Prior to InteliChart, Mr. Hamilton served as President of Integrated Healthcare Solutions (IHS) from 2003 to 2010 where he oversaw the organization from startup to providing cloud based EHR and PMS services to over 5,000 users.  While at IHS Mr. Hamilton was responsible for general oversight on all operations as well as managing investor and partner relationships.  Through working with various clients and partners in both acute and ambulatory settings, Mr. Hamilton identified the need for a truly vendor neutral Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE, Patient Portal, PHR) platform that leveraged a cloud-based/SOA architecture - this would eventually result in the InteliChart Product Suite.  Prior to IHS Mr. Hamilton provided operational and information systems consulting to physician practice organizations. Mr. Hamilton holds both a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Doctorate from the National University of Health Sciences in Illinois.
